The .5 is based on the now famous X1CRT Truggy. The geometry is the same so it handles the same. Fast and very easy to drive. Jay Halsey who played a big part in the development and Chad Bradley both from the USA tested the .5 against other 1/10 buggies on the market at our test track in Taiwan and there was no comparison. The CRT.5 is much more stable and a lot faster. There is already talk of making this a class and running them with the 1/10 trucks and buggies. We know it wont take very long for the rest of the manufacturers to copy our model as they did with the 1/8 Truggy. Powered by an optional rear exhaust .12 engine developed for us by Force this model nearly keeps up with the 1/8 buggies. The materials used are of the same quality as the X1CR and X1CRT 1/8 models. The CRT.5 also has some innovative features not seen on its big brother. The hinge pins are captured and do not require E-clips or nuts. There are removable inserts on the aluminium arm holders for toe-in and out. We know you are going to love it as much as we did in producing it for you guys. Most of our 1/8 team drivers are also waiting for its official release so please be patient as there have been massive pre-orders.
